From different sources it's now evident that LV is trying to get rid of as many employees as possible. Not sure which is the strategy...Any hint ?

Buyer beware that the product or service they pay for will be significantly inferior because the employees are being controlled by fear and domination it does not matter if they are Indian, Europeans, Americans as inhumane treatment is the same no matter where you are from.

They treat Indians, Europeans and Americans as merely "people toys". The company is riddled with customer complaints, poor customer service and inferior products. They probably know or fear an
They probably know or fear an error in the employment contract or wording and suspect legitimate legal action if they turn around and fire folk- for no just cause. Folk leave will accomplish the same thing. Perhaps it is also just the trend, companies now realize they can treat staff like C**p so it attracts that style of management. Little people suddenly feel like gods!!
