It is a bit of an odd question. Surely you want to know who the best rep.s are? I don't happen to use either so can't really comment. Are you obliged to use VWR or Fisher because of some company tie in or why don't you cast your net wider?

They are both the same. Fine
They are both the same. Fine until there is a problem then they step back and blame the manufacturer. In my experience, you are better off going direct to the source.

Never really had a problem with either. The rep.s I've dealt with have been pretty knowledgeable and keen to give us the best deal possible and come up with quotes in a decent time frame.
