Siemens Australia must be good to work for!

Another engineer goes through the revolving door...

I assume you meant Luis or

I assume you meant Luis or LdL. If you had ever met him, you would have heard him tell you: it is NOT Louis, not Lou, but Luis!!

So who is the the Aussie boss

So who is the the Aussie boss going to go poaching off this time? He upset Louise, Lou, Louis (whatever the Fk his name was) in UK, but that was 2 Bosses ago so perhaps he can try it on again?

I would come over but I don't do overtime, dont like bugs, don't like heat so what else does DX Oz have to offer?

3 more will be gone very

3 more will be gone very soon.............who cares though its the sales and marketing people who have the real skill isnt it? Engineers are easily replaceable mmmm we will see........

Another happy engineer leaves

Another happy engineer leaves the team...

Don't work too hard, the rest

Don't work too hard, the rest of the team arn't...

I hear over at Abbott they

I hear over at Abbott they are down to 1 Eng in Sydney, for sure they will lose Sonic at North Ryde, should have 7 Eng's in Sydney. Think I will stay here at Siemens.

So that would be 1, Siemens

So that would be 1, Siemens work the engineers arses off, pay crap car allowance, and blame them for the poor service reputation, just count how many engineers have left in the last 2 - 3 years....

Only 2 places worth working

Only 2 places worth working if you are in field service, Siemens or Roche. Conditions still ok.

aint just the engineers

aint just the engineers leaving....

you will be fine then unless

you will be fine then unless your a big girl! a couple of the engineers should be worried though.

anyone thinking of joining

anyone thinking of joining Roche Australia - be careful. There is a nutter running the place who beats his women. Ex left him.

But Siemens engineers have

But Siemens engineers have the best TEAM, don't they Kev?

Dont forget the lack of

Dont forget the lack of available parts and general low experience levels throughout the company and the constant sales interference and lack lustre management with no forethought or even planning..........but if your in "The cycling gang your ok attitude" its all good

Stago is the best place to

Stago is the best place to work as an engineer they pay the best and actually care for their staff including a generous car allowance and retention bonus.....Siemens is good if your clueless and like to earn heaps of overtime and to be flogged to death!!!

Atleast 3 more will be gone

Atleast 3 more will be gone before christmas from what I hear

I heard its the usual Siemens

I heard its the usual Siemens problems, including minimal training on a huge range of products, then kicked out the door non-stop to face customers clueless, surviving on your wits without support from the company wears you down eventually. Its a mistake they are making world-wide and its cost is customers.

thats ashame, seimens have

thats ashame, seimens have some good Engineer's, some been there for a long time. Hope the don't treat the Eng's like they do at Abbott, they have lost 5 out of 7 Eng's in NSW in last 12 months.
Roche & biorad seem to be better places for an Eng to work.

And another 2 depart!

And another 2 depart!

Ahhh, so that's why they all

Ahhh, so that's why they all leave....they all earn so much they retire! Wouldn't have anything to do with the Bozo management.....

They think they pay people

They think they pay people too much in Australia.

And suceeding in getting

And suceeding in getting less!

a case of management trying

a case of management trying to get more out of their Engieer's

Management lives in a

Management lives in a different world to the engineers...Classic caset of a tree full of monkeys..

Another engineer goes through

Another engineer goes through the revolving door...
