Siemens grass is laways Brown because it can't help p!ssing on its own back yard instead of concentrating on trying to take a leak in the competitions.

At least the "Astro Turf" is actually Green (not burnt out, over worked, unappreciated, disrespected, mismanaged, micromanaged, peddling mutton dressed as lamb technology) charred brown, in which the Siemens Grass represents.

Siemens DX AUSTRALIA Management is one the the most stupid management i have ever seen in my life they are continuously loosing the market share but still they think they are Siemens which means better and 30% expensive than others in-order to keep the Siemens image. They only talk about the sales and targets and they don't care about providing long term solution to customers.Siemens DX is playing like Imaging that they only want one time deal and then run away forever.

Again, all I can say is that there will be more jumping ship in NSW and Vic. Fact, rumour, whatever you like to label it, the culture stinks to high heaven! There are at least two Vic DX engineers that have been approached by rivals and looking. LOL all you want the door starts turning every two years. Was is 2010 or 2011 last time?

As a patron of several threads here, I have observed that facts are only a hindrance to most participants. What may have started as a rumour site has turned into the worst of all possible soap operas filled with exagerration, over-reaction, hysteria, and other such drama queen behavior. Facts are an anathema here. I come here pretty much to be entertained and to lampoon some of the worst (or best) of the Alice in Wonderland posts.
If you take this site seriously, I suggest you re-evaluate. If you take it as a semi-comical exhibit of ignorance, it can get pretty funny at times.

Reread the words. It is beyond "rumour" or "thinking about something" when someone is reliably reported to have actually made approaches and representations about seeking alternate employment. Even you have used the word "fact".

I've worked in several large companies throughout my career and, by far, Siemens DX is the worst.
If you're looking for a company where you can learn, grow, expand your career path...stay as far away from Siemens DX as possible.
Your time spent there will be a waste of your career path.
Considering all the product problems and backorders they continue to have should be a clear sign of where this division is going.
Even career Site Heads are leaving for other companies.
If anything, learn from them.

A company's employees are its BEST ASSET!!! Just remember that - but when you have morons running thing - like DX IN AUSTRALIA this is what happens...
The comparison with Kodak was an example of a company which doesn't expand its product line to match its competitors new technology. In this respect it is an excellent example.
My family worked for Kodak for two decades. Even they knew the decline was imminent as newer technology from competitors kept stealing away business.
Diagnostic customers aren't stupid. Putting a new suit on an old instrument just doesn't make it anymore.
DX never had a chance in the US market so they concentrated on China. It's a short term fix.
2013 through 2015 will see the DX division scrape the bottom.
Can you imagine having a company which goes from #1 to #4 (if not lower by now) in less than 6years. How embarrassed would you feel? Because of its size when Kodak was shutting many of its doors and jobs in Rochester, NY the whole city mourned.
No one will mourn for DX. Just a bad company with old products and no respect for its employee's.
If you think things are bad now, just wait.

Here's and idea, several company's around the world have implemented a "Thank an Engineer" program to aid its staff retention...
Sometimes its nice for staff to be VOLUNTARILY thanked for their hard work (usually gone unseen) rather then being TOLD "you have to work HARDER because we haven't met Zee 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 1/4's targets (usually set questionably high)" every time management speaks.

Siemens must be a REALLY bad company because people don't work for Siemens for their entire life. Siemens must be as bad as...um, as bad as...er, as bad as, oh! - as bad as any other company that has staff turnover.

Oh, good. I've been waiting for it to go down so I can pick up some bargain shares. It is nice to know that the price of Siemens' stock is barely affected by their DX division which represents a tiny portion of their overall business. Let the fools get scared off by DX results. It hardly affects the overall bottom line.

I don't challenge the idea that Siemens has taken three diagnostics companies down the drain. Siemens management seems to have no vision and no understanding of the peculiarities of the diagnotics business. They are not used to the idea of making a machine that has to be able to 'consume' 100 or more different kinds of 'fuels'. They are not used to an instrument in which the greatest profit comes from an after-market sale of reagents. They don't seem to manage people well.
When it comes to things reported here, there has always been a great deal of overstating things, predictions that haven't come true, people with obvious personal agendas, etc. I just found it funny that someone observed one poster who appears to be a consistent predictor of that which doesn't happen.
