SIEMENS Australia must be a good place to work v2

If ever there was a healthcare company asking to be unionised this is it.

Upper management/execs completely out of touch with the reality of day to day operations.

Too many managers spending too much time engineer bashing and apparently ignoring the major bleeds in revenue opportunities (sales team out of control and running the whole show)

Greedy company bleeding every last ounce of good will out of their engineering workforce.

Is Australia an European

Is Australia an European country?

Where is my high school geography teacher? I think he lied to us.

But, seriously folks, why would you expect things to be different from one country to the next? Everyone knows that the fish stinks from the head down. Siemens DX was a disaster from the beginning and it only went downhill from there.

The best news for service is that the number of Siemens systems in the field keeps declining, thus making service less and less relevant. If the trend continues, Siemens will be able to offer an industry first: Every new system will come with its own personal service person. The problem is that, even under such circumstances, the dedicated service person will still be overworked.

Cheers.

It happens in the UK too.

It happens in the UK too. Same lack of business understanding. Same treatment of it's staff. At least they are consistent.
Maybe it is the same in all European countries

Does anyone have any videos of Penguins playing golf? (How do they keep track of the balls on all that white ice? Do they use colored golf balls?)

Kinda sucks being a Pittsburgh or Bruins fan. LOL

Every dog has its day. The competition is just around the corner....Only a matter of time boys before the customer says enough is enough. Never encountered a company that treats its engineering workforce as bad as Siemens Australia - it gets noticed BIG TIME!!! That's why their turn-over is what it is = "on the ground experience" what? 1 year average ? Amazing that they cant see the forest for the trees.... But the sales team are running the show - just look at the number of new contracts they have got. NOT! LOL LOL LOL LOL . Siemens DX = SALES running engineering!
