Nargol is a low level product manager responsible for SureFISH which has been a big disappointment from a revenue perspective. If she spent more time working instead of flirting and complaining about her coworkers the product would probably be doing much better. Our HR team is aware of these issues with Nargol and she has met with them numerous times to correct her behavior. I'm not sure why she hasn't been fired but it is certainly warranted.

Come to think of it there really isn't anything positive the marketing team has done. SureFISH was a complete disaster with huge expectations set by Bob but the design and marketing strategy didn't hit the mark. It is hard to fully put the blame on the current team in place since Bob had much to do with the failure of the division. It does appear the "ladies" within marketing are at each other's throats and trying to protect their own job security. The team needs some immediate improvements in leadership and cleaning house might be a reasonable option as well.

The genomics marketing team is awful. Failures in SureSelect. HaloPlex, SureFISH, and arrays.
