BCG is closing this site in 5 months. All array based businesses will be discontinued. Biological piece is said to be transferred, however, it is believed to be another blow to its already shrinking customer base after last round of poorly managed site closing.

As a former employee, I am
As a former employee, I am not at all surprised that BCG in Morrisville is closing. The new parent company does not know what to do with a service oriented business. Only knows products, so Danvers is most likely next.
BCG closed two sites in the
BCG closed two sites in the beginning of 2010 (Houston and France). Now it is closing Morrisville and Germany sites. Future does not look good. Essentially they are closing all the businesses they acquired from Cogenics. Nice move Beckman. You just spent $15M for nothing. What a laughable company!
The only art on the walls
The only art on the walls last time I was in that building were cheap reproductions. If there was expensive art it is long gone.

What is going to happen to all the expensive art that was hanging on the walls (left over from the Icoria acquisition). Hope they have the sense to make sure it doesn't disappear
