I am sure that reading this site via those devices and paths is also captured and reported. You can be terminated for violation of their IT Policies.

There is also the issue of protected free speach at least under the US Constitution. I would not under estimate what they can do with tracking cookies, trojan horses, etc. Make sure that your firewall is up to date and working. There is always a risk.
