AZ lost direction and any

AZ lost direction and any sustainable future in the early to mid 2000s. It will have to be dramatic or lucky for them now. All we seem to see at the moment is them lurching from one strategy to another like headless chickens. It cannot help moral and certainly wellbeing of the staff. I was kicked out a few years ago and although at the time it was traumatic its workout great. I wish all the best to those still with AZ.
