You dumb fuck, I was laid off from LIFE and found a rewarding career at Thermo Fisher. Now I am much happy working for a first rate company in their M&A group. I will enjoy the slice and dice once the deal go through.

I dont know what you've been smoking, but can I have some. Macera is about the only decent manager/director/supervisor in the whole Frederick site. Really lit a fire under the ass of some of the deadasses there. ALL of the other Distribution supervisors are total wastes of space, with the exception of Rod. Merhl is an asshole whos not fit to manage a McDonalds on the night shift and needs to learn to talk to people before someone bitch slaps him. Great job, GL. Life stock is at all time high even though wall street dips. With a beta of 1.27 and a below market ratio of P/E compared to your competitors, Life is certainly a target. Why are the people on this site so angry? Didn't they benefit from the employee stock purchase, stock grants or whatever else?

Right. $13-15 billion is $77-88 a share. Be surprised at the low end of that range, total shock if it's anywhere near the top. I'd guess that virtually all the premium is already built into the stock price and there's not another 20-30% to go.
